This policy is part of our Terms of Service. It applies to everyone using ArvaSEO, including team members and client portal users. If you’re unsure whether something is allowed, ask us at support@arvaseo.com.
1. Websites and crawling
- Add and verify only websites you own or have permission to manage.
- Use prospect sample audits only to check a small number of public pages of a business’s website for a genuine business conversation with that business. Don’t use them for bulk scanning, scraping content, or checking websites for security weaknesses.
- Don’t try to make ArvaSEO-Bot ignore robots.txt, crawl faster than it’s designed to, reach private or internal addresses, or log in to websites.
- Don’t use ArvaSEO to test the security of, attack, or overload any website or network.
2. Data and privacy
- Only add personal data (such as client contacts or report recipients) that you’re allowed to use, and only email people who expect to hear from you. Report emails carry an unsubscribe link: respect it.
- Connect only Google accounts and properties you’re authorised to use.
- Don’t resell, republish or redistribute ArvaSEO’s keyword, ranking, competitor or authority data as a dataset or service of your own. Using it in your own reports and work for your clients is fine.
3. Content and AI
- Don’t use ArvaSEO to create or plan spam, including content that breaks search engines’ spam policies, link schemes, doorway pages, fake reviews or fake listings.
- Don’t use AI features to create deceptive, defamatory, infringing or illegal content, or content that impersonates someone.
- Review AI output before publishing it, and follow your AI provider’s own usage policies.
4. The Service itself
- Don’t share logins between people; add team members instead.
- Don’t get around plan limits or allowances, for example by creating multiple Free workspaces for one business, or automating sign-ups.
- Don’t scrape, copy, frame or reverse-engineer ArvaSEO, or access it by any automated means we don’t provide.
- Don’t probe, scan or test ArvaSEO’s security, or interfere with its operation. If you find a vulnerability, please tell us privately at security@arvaseo.com; we welcome responsible disclosure.
- Don’t upload malware or anything that could harm the Service or other users.
- Don’t use ArvaSEO in breach of any law, including privacy, consumer protection, anti-spam, intellectual property and sanctions laws.
5. What happens if the rules are broken
We may investigate suspected misuse, remove content, pause features, or suspend or close accounts, as described in the Terms of Service. Unless the problem is serious, urgent or illegal, we’ll contact you first and give you a chance to fix it. We may report illegal activity to the authorities.
To report misuse of ArvaSEO, including by ArvaSEO-Bot, email support@arvaseo.com.
